Job Description Hybrid Role, Candidate Must Be Local The agency needs the service of a senior level Lead Full Stack Developer. The candidate will be part of a team supporting existing .NET applications and participating in the SDLC process for the new SACWIS system. They will work with the System Integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance of the solution for a given module. Responsibilities include maintaining interfaces, .NET applications, and supporting SOA integration initiatives; participating in all SDLC phases, including meetings, verification of deliverables such as requirements, design, testing, and environment configuration. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience. Specific Services Required Very organized, proactive and self-directed. Self-starter, driven; responsible for moving work from requirements to implementation. Strong abstract thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Design and development of .NET/.NET Core technology and architecture of large‑scale distributed systems, mid‑range to client‑server and n‑tier e‑commerce applications. Full stack .NET developer; expert knowledge in OOP and SOLID principles. Working knowledge of Salesforce development. Collaborate with clients to analyze and requirements for application integration. Execute all SDLC phases and maintain required technical documentation. Assist in migration and integration of data and processes from legacy systems to new applications and technologies. Work with the Application Development Manager to establish goals, conduct code reviews and meet project requirements. Provide input for key design and architecture decisions, work estimation, and resource planning. Provide guidance and training to team members.
