Receptionist

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and clients. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Monitor visitor access and maintain a safe and secure reception area. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or team member. Receive, respond to, and forward emails as needed. Handle multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software. Professional appearance and demeanor. Preferred Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
