Description JOB SUMMARY At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, A Hilton Hotel great food is a key ingredient to our guest experience. As a Prep Cook, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen team, helping to bring our culinary creations to life. Your role involves preparing ingredients, setting up cooking stations, and ensuring a smooth operation during meal services. You'll work closely with our chefs to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Pre-Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes according to the menu. In this role, you will: Prepare food items, including chopping, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes. Assist with setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following health and safety regulations. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service. Assist in the preparation of special menu items, including guest requests and dietary accommodations. Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or needs to the kitchen manager. Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the kitchen. WHAT YOU BRING We're looking for a dedicated, skilled culinary professional. To excel in this role, you'll need: Experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation standards. A passion for food and a commitment to quality. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
