Entry-Level Sales Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Business Development / Sales Associate to support our growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting with the sales process. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in sales, business development, account management, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients, partners, and business opportunities.
• Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for VP of Business Development or Regional sales managers.
• Maintain and update customer information within CRM systems.
• Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics.
• Assist with customer follow-up and relationship management.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as assigned.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
