Early Childhood Teacher - Flexible Scheduling

Job Description Job Description Little Legends Learning Academy is currently seeking passionate, dependable, and nurturing teachers to join our growing team. We are hiring for multiple positions, including: Infant Classroom Teachers Toddler Teachers (Ages 1–2) Preschool Teachers (Ages 3–4) We are looking for candidates who genuinely enjoy working with children and are committed to creating a safe, loving, and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities Provide attentive and compassionate care for children Create age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Supervise children during meals, playtime, naps, and outdoor activities Encourage social, emotional, and educational development Communicate professionally with parents and staff Follow all daycare policies and state licensing regulations Assist with potty training and daily routines when needed Support positive behavior management techniques Work collaboratively with other teachers and management Qualifications Previous childcare experience required, especially with infants or ages 1–4 Must be dependable, patient, and energetic Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must pass state and federal background checks High school diploma or GED required CDA, ECE credentials, or childcare certifications are a plus What We’re Looking For We are searching for multiple candidates who are: Loving and nurturing with children Reliable and punctual Professional and positive Passionate about early childhood education Ready to grow with our daycare family Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time positions available We're 24/7 & looking to fill multiple day, evening, overnight, and weekends.
