Financial Analyst

APR Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Physician Contract Payment Specialist (Financial Analyst) to work in Santa Rosa, CA. Position Details Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95405 Pay: $49.14/hr Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00), Monday–Friday; no weekends. Start date: ASAP (1/19) Key Responsibilities Review contract terms and payments for physicians. Process accounts payable, invoices, and ensure accuracy of physician payments. Communicate with physicians to resolve invoice/payment issues. Maintain strong mathematical and Excel/technology skills. Work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Financial Analysis, or Invoice Processing. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred; high school graduation acceptable with strong experience. Proficiency in accounts payable systems, invoicing, and Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to avoid over/under payments that could have legal or operational impact. Financial analyst skills are a bonus.
