Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selling residential solar, energy storage, roofing and more to homeowners looking to SAVE
• Get rewarded for self-generated leads and prospects
• Design each client’s custom solar array and storage solution using state-of-the-art software
• Attend weekly development meetings with your team
• Effectively communicate SUNation’s variety of financing options to clients
• Shepherd deals from start to installation and EARN

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

• Positive, upbeat and friendly demeanor. Desire to help customers and co-workers.
• Ability to produce at high volume and meet or exceed deadlines.
• 5 Years Sales experience.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Coachable – willingness and ability to learn.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Computer literate. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma/equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Solar sales experience is a plus.
• Sales experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

• Prolonged walking/standing outdoors while prospecting in residential neighborhoods (including evenings/weekends as needed).
• Frequent driving between neighborhoods/appointments ; must be able to operate a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Regular computer/phone work for leads, system design, CRM/admin tasks (typing, mouse use, screen time).
• Sustained speaking, listening, and clear verbal communication for sales conversations, presentations, and financing discussions.
• Ability to attend in-person meetings/trainings and maintain consistent work pace to meet monthly quotas (time-on-task and stamina).
