MEP Superintendent

MEP Superintendent – Mission Critical / Data Center Construction Seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent And Senior MEP Superintendent to lead field execution of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems on large-scale hyperscale data center and mission critical projects . Key Responsibilities Lead MEP subcontractors and field teams across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls scopes. Manage safety, schedule, logistics, manpower planning, and quality execution for all MEP activities. Coordinate installation of switchgear, generators, UPS, ATS, HVAC/cooling systems, piping, BMS/EPMS, and low-voltage systems . Develop sequencing plans and recovery strategies to maintain project milestones. Oversee BIM coordination, clash resolution, inspections, startup, commissioning, energization, turnover, and owner training. Maintain communication with project leadership, design teams, owners, and trade partners. Track progress, billing, change management, and subcontractor performance. Qualifications 8+ years of MEP construction leadership experience. Experience delivering data center, mission critical, or complex industrial projects preferred. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, commissioning, and energization processes. Experience coordinating subcontractors in fast-paced construction environments. Familiarity with BIM coordination tools and construction management software.
