Senior Buyer

What You'll Be Doing
- Purchase raw materials used in manufacturing, managing a high volume of purchase orders and significant annual purchasing spend.
- Work closely with production, quality, inventory, and other departments to make sure materials arrive on time and manufacturing stays on schedule.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, monitor inventory needs, and find opportunities to improve purchasing processes and reduce costs.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background purchasing raw materials used directly in production.
- Experience managing significant annual purchasing volume and a high number of purchase orders, along with strong ERP/MRP and inventory management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
