Residential Property Accountant - HUD/Affordable Housing

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting seeks a detail-oriented Property Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of residential properties. You will prepare financial statements, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close with strong internal controls. Experience with HUD or affordable housing programs is a strong plus, as is proficiency with Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar systems.
