Title: Remote Peoplesoft Developer

Focus on: FICA and Predictable Absence Management, TAM-Talent Acquisition Management, WFA-Workforce Administration, ePerformance.

Duration: 12 months/contract
At least 8+ years' experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.x including extensive work experience on at least 2 large-scale system implementation projects involving large numbers of users and multiple locations. Advanced experience designing and developing solutions for PeopleSoft HCM applications Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition Management, and ePerformance modules, including deep experience and understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM data model.

These developers will be supporting the following modules in Peoplesoft - WFA-Workforce Administration, TAM-Talent Acquisition Management and ePerformance
Job Description:

Participate in development activities for the PeopleSoft HCM ERP system, including Payroll for North America, Time and Labor and Absence Management.

Develop defect-free enhancements following best practices. Collaborate with core team members and stakeholders.

Prepare and approve system and programming documentation. Initiate and enforce development standards.

Plan, design, develop, debug, deploy and evaluate complex software for functional areas.

Provide advanced production support, including on-call duties, issue analysis and resolution.

Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools, BI Publisher, Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Write clear and concise technical documentation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical personnel.

Experience with Fluid technology, Tile, Related content, Event mapping and page field configurator.

Proven experience authoring technical design specifications and test plans.

Strong project leadership and software management skills.

Experience with configuration strategy, object migration with STAT/PHIRE, and procedural methods.
