Cook - Resort Restaurant
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a cook at our luxurious resort restaurant. We are seeking a passionate and experienced culinary professional to lead our kitchen, craft exceptional dishes, and deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Develop and update menu offerings that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize kitchen resources
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest service
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef or cook in a high-volume restaurant or resort setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
