Qualifications:

• Current RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certification (required)

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
• Prepping the operating room and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
• Monitoring patient status intraoperatively and responding to changes as needed
• Maintaining strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
• Providing compassionate, patient-focused care before, during, and after surgery
• Accurate and timely documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations
