Appliance Repair Technician

Job Description Job Description The Appliance Repair Technician will service commercial appliances, specializing in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. Working within a medium-sized repair team, the technician will utilize both software and manual tools to restore functionality, including expertise in medical device repair and motor repair. This role demands precision in troubleshooting, parts installation, and adhering to safety standards, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Responsibilities * Perform appliance diagnostics on residential and commercial equipment * Execute repairs and routine maintenance tasks * Install replacement parts and components * Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems * Document service details and test equipment post-repair * Manage inventory of repair parts and tools * Utilize software and manual tools to aid in diagnostics and repairs * Repair medical devices and electric motors as needed Preferred Qualifications * 1+ years of experience in appliance repair * Technical certification in appliance repair or electronics * Proficient in appliance diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repair * Strong troubleshooting and safety compliance skills * Effective time management and communication abilities * Experience using a variety of repair tools and technologies
