Staffing Account Executive

Becker Wright Consultants is a growing staffing firm seeking a driven Account Executive to expand our presence across the greater Austin market. This is a hybrid role combining in-office business development with outside sales—you'll spend time meeting clients face-to-face, touring facilities, and building relationships throughout the region and report to our office for administrative duties when not meeting clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling staffing or recruiting services and knows how to turn prospects into long-term accounts.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and close new business with companies needing staffing solutions
- Conduct in-person client meetings, site visits, and presentations across the Greater Austin area
- Manage and grow existing accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure quality candidate placement and client satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the ATS
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with staffing/recruiting industry experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of the Greater Austin, TX market and local business community
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage both office and field responsibilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
