Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.This specific product leadership role will oversee Citi's Retail Bank Digital Product expansion efforts to deliver an expanded set of digital features and experiences to drive engagement, loyalty and lifetime value with Citi's 4 million wealth and retail bank clients. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with exceptional influencing skills and creativity. They must be adept at managing complex, senior-level relationships, and they must have a proven ability to drive innovation and execution in a competitive digital landscape.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Drive the vision and strategy for Citi's retail partner digital platform, aiming to create a best-in-class digital experience that drives engagement and customer satisfaction.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior leaders across Technology, Engineering, Analytics, Design, Product, and Legal/Compliance.Product Development: Manage a significant budget to deliver innovative features.Innovation: Go beyond solving existing customer issues by developing market-leading capabilities and personalized financial advisory.Additional Responsibilities:Lead product management efforts and engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative financial platform productsResponsible for the overall vision, technical capabilities and roadmap of the digital product platformEngage with businesses and shape business and product requirements into platform requirementsOwn the overall platform business plans and roadmapsDrive product development for new initiativesMake appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-marketMaintain the product roadmap, and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the companyAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:10+ years of experienceExperience shaping business strategy for technical products or servicesResponsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environmentExcellent product and platform instincts and communication skills coupled with a passion for business, technology while delivering a world-class customer experienceDemonstrated track record managing all aspects of a successful software or technology product or platform throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definitionData-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teamsDemonstrated ability to define, prioritize and deliver best in class software service productsThinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical executionCapacity to develop, and maintain comprehensive set of business plans and financial modelsAbility to succeed in a cross-matrixed organization that relies on building support in other groupsCapacity to adapt to shifting goals and activitiesCapacity to manage multiple activities in parallelSelf-starter with the ability to define goals and strategies with minimal management oversightWillingness to take risks to develop a business in unchartered watersEducation:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
