What We Offer Competitive PRN Compensation Flexible Scheduling Build Your Caseload Around Your Availability Consistent Patient Opportunities One-on-One Patient Care Company Tablet Supportive Clinical Leadership Professional Growth Opportunities Established Home Health Organization Serving Communities for Over 27 Years What You'll Do Complete occupational therapy evaluations in patients' homes Develop individualized treatment plans Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and function Assess home safety and recommend modifications or adaptive equipment Educate patients and caregivers on safety and daily living techniques Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other team members Complete progress assessments and discharge planning Complete accurate and timely documentation using WellSky Qualifications Active Washington, DC Occupational Therapist License Required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Dependable transportation to patient visits Ability to work independently in patients' homes Home Health and OASIS Experience Preferred, but Not Required WellSky Experience is a Plus Why Human Touch?
