Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Assist customers by addressing questions and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Adapt to various customer situations and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards and policies. Provide feedback to improve the overall customer service process. Maintain a professional, patient, and polite attitude in all customer interactions. Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in customer facing and heavy phones. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, during first shift hours. Benefits
