Those eager to drive groundbreaking innovation, and who will interact with those we serve and those who serve them in a spirit of understanding and compassion.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive pay, retention and referral bonusesOutstanding Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid day off for your birthday401K Company match on day oneCompany paid life insuranceGenerous PTOCareer development opportunitiesEmployee Recognition#PACEAbout the RoleAt Cherry Blossom PACE, our Occupational Therapists do more than provide therapy—they help older adults maintain independence, participate in the activities that matter most, and continue living safely in their communities.If you're looking for PRN work that offers flexibility, meaningful participant relationships, and the opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, we'd love to meet you.Whether your background is in outpatient therapy, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or home health, PACE offers a unique opportunity to practice occupational therapy through a holistic, participant-centered model of care.What You'll DoAs a PRN Occupational Therapist, you'll work closely with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, social workers, dietitians, home care professionals, and other members of the Interdisciplinary Team to support participants' functional independence and individualized care goals.Responsibilities include:Perform occupational therapy evaluations and reassessmentsDevelop individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), upper extremity function, cognition, safety, and functional independenceProvide therapeutic interventions to improve or maintain participant functionAssess home environments and recommend adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modificationsEducate participants, caregivers, and team members regarding therapeutic techniques and safety strategiesParticipate in interdisciplinary care planning and case conferences, as appropriateMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationCollaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to provide participant-centered careQualificationsRequired:Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programCurrent Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensureCurrent BLS certificationValid driver's license and reliable transportationAt least one (1) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, or completion of a PACE organization-approved training program that addresses the needs of the frail elderly prior to assuming independent responsibilities.Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skillsPreferred:Experience in geriatrics, outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, or PACEExperience completing home safety evaluations and recommending adaptive equipmentExperience working with medically complex older adultsPassion for participant-centered care
