Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented contract Paralegal for a 3 to 6-month assignment to support our legal team with a high volume of immigration cases. This dynamic temporary position requires an experienced professional who can assist attorneys in preparing filings and managing client communications seamlessly. Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and submit immigration forms and case filings including visas, permanent residency, and citizenship applications under attorney supervision.
• Possess at least two to three years of dedicated legal assistant or paralegal experience specifically within immigration law.
• Communicate fluently with clients in both English and a second language to conduct interviews, gather documents, and provide case status updates.
• Manage case files, track court deadlines, and maintain organized documentation within legal case management software.
