About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the strategic and hands-on execution of its ambitious growth vision. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for optimizing and leading the end-to-end operational infrastructure to support the company's multi-market, multi-format expansion. This role demands a leader with a strong background in warehouse and distribution operations, who can champion continuous improvement, and lean transformation, and ensure the company's operational and growth strategies are effectively supported. The VP of Operations will be a builder and an operator, with a focus on workforce scalability, developing and documenting systems, and holding the enterprise accountable to customer experience standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive operational leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior or VP-level role, and a proven track record of leading multi-site retail or distribution operations. They must be a change agent, with the ability to introduce Lean and drive cultural transformation, and have a strong process orientation with a data-driven decision-making approach. P&L accountability, financial fluency, and a background in warehouse management, home delivery, last-mile logistics, or supply chain management are essential. The role requires a leader with high emotional intelligence, the ability to influence across functions, and a commitment to fostering a culture of operational discipline and high performance. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus.
