Auto Salesperson Opportunity

Scranton Chevrolet is looking to add an experienced auto salesperson to our team. Candidates should be career minded individuals looking for a long term work home. Our pay plan and structure is excellent, allowing you the ability to earn extremely well, while utilizing our sales processes and procedures. We recognize effort, offer unlimited advancement opportunities, and we prefer to promote from within. GM experience is a plus, however, we will consider candidates from all brands. We are looking for a team player to join our existing crew and grow in an environment where your efforts and abilities are rewarded and appreciated.

Proper candidates should possess:

At least 1-3 years experience in auto sales or any business sales
Clean and neat appearance
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Solutions based mindset
Willingness and ability to follow a process
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history
Career minded attitude

Assist customers in purchasing & leasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.
Expertly explain product features and benefits
Follow up with unsold prospects to increase sales

Provide high-level customer service and customer satisfaction
