Scranton Chevrolet is looking to add an experienced auto salesperson to our team. Candidates should be career minded individuals looking for a long term work home. Our pay plan and structure is excellent, allowing you the ability to earn extremely well, while utilizing our sales processes and procedures. Proper candidates should possess:

• At least 1-3 years experience in auto sales or any business sales
• Clean and neat appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Solutions based mindset
• Willingness and ability to follow a process
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history
• Career minded attitude

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in purchasing & leasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Expertly explain product features and benefits
• Follow up with unsold prospects to increase sales
• Develop consistent repeat and referral business
