\nPay includes $17.00 base and $0.50 on-site differential + monthly bonus

Help customers solve problems that need a human touch.
\nWe’re hiring Customer Service & Solutions Advisors to support customers for a leading telecommunications provider.
\nCustomers may use automated or AI-assisted support before reaching you, so you’ll focus on conversations that require problem-solving, empathy, judgment, and personalized solutions .
\nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need \n
- Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns \n
- Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support \n
- Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs \n
- Confidently handle frustrated or challenging customers \n
- Help retain customers by finding solutions that address their concerns \n
- Navigate multiple systems and resources to resolve customer concerns \n
- Work toward established customer experience and performance goals \n

Previous call center experience is helpful but not required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, technical support, telecommunications, or other customer-facing roles can provide valuable transferable skills.
