The Project Manager with Invoke Public Sector serves as a trusted delivery leader and strategic partner across government stakeholders, technical teams, and executive sponsors. This role is heavily focused on planning, coordinating, and driving compliance-conscious automation initiatives supporting RPA and AI-driven workflows. The PM will own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to operational, regulatory, and mission objectives.

As this role supports public sector clients, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program delivery for automation initiatives, from initiation through deployment and sustainment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reporting artifacts across one or more concurrent engagements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, escalations, and executive-level communications.
• Facilitate project ceremonies including kick-offs, sprint planning, status reviews, and retrospectives across distributed and hybrid teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams — including RPA developers, business analysts, solution architects, and QA — to ensure cohesive and on-schedule execution.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and audit requirements consistent with public sector compliance standards.
• Support program-level reporting, resource planning, and portfolio coordination where multiple projects are in flight.
• Contribute to reusable delivery standards, project templates, and PMO best practices for automation engagements.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–8 years of experience in project management, program management, or technology delivery roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles in consulting, professional services, or government environments.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. xhyhwjd
• Preferred: Experience managing RPA, AI, or complex software implementation projects (e.g., UiPath, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or cloud infrastructure).

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Agile, Scrum, or SAFe Certification
• UiPath Automation platform familiarity or related RPA certification a plus
