The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Operating Room Open Heart procedures in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves providing specialized perioperative care for patients undergoing vascular, endovascular, thoracic, and open-heart surgeries. Candidates are required to bring their RN license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
• Specialty: Operating Room Open Heart
• Schedule: Dayshift from 0600 to 1630, four days a week, with call requirements; Night shifts from 1630 to 0600; Weekend shifts also included
• Required Qualifications: Certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Licensed RN in the state of Indiana; Experience with vascular, endovascular, thoracic, and open-heart cases; At least 2 years of relevant experience; Candidates must have no minimum experience requirement for qualification purposes but should meet the experience criteria above.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with specific surgical cases as outlined
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The role involves providing perioperative care in a specialized cardiac unit; candidates may need to complete education modules prior to their first day.
