The Direct Tax Manager will lead income tax compliance, accounting, reporting, forecasting, strategy, and analysis, while managing a team of tax professionals. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact organizational growth by partnering closely with senior leadership on complex tax matters. Key Responsibilities Oversee US income tax compliance, audits, planning, and reporting. Manage execution of the global income tax compliance calendar. Develop and implement strategies for tax burden reduction. Provide guidance and development for tax team members. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality. U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and audits technical knowledge and experience. Functional management as this individual will broadly lead a U.S. federal/state income tax co-sourcing arrangement and day-to-day tax operations. Drive toward process improvement, streamlining, and automation. Must-Have Skills Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and US GAAP. Proven experience leading and developing tax professionals. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
