Restaurant AGM: Operations Leader & Guest Experience Coach

Ruby Tuesday is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Beckley, WV. You will train, supervise, and direct kitchen and service teams, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and adherence to safety and quality standards.
You will also drive sales, manage costs, and maintain compliance with all wage, hour, and regulatory requirements. The AGM will mentor staff, conduct evaluations, and escalate issues as needed, while executing company policies and procedures
