Job Opportunity: Production Line Lead - 3rd Shift with Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH

Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Line Lead to join our Cincinnati team on 3rd shift . In this role, you will help lead production, support your team, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you are a hands-on leader who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a strong next step. Pay range: $21.50-23.50/hour.

About the Role

As a Line Lead, you will help keep the production line running smoothly while supporting your team and maintaining high standards for safety and quality. In this role, you will:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and support team members on the production floor.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient line operations.
• Coordinate shift changes, staffing, and workflow.
• Troubleshoot issues and help resolve production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and manufacturing standards.
• Complete production documentation and communicate updates to leadership.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and comfortable leading by example on the production floor. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from freezer areas to the production floor.
