- Patient Ratios: 1:5-6
- Type of Equipment: Telemetry, Vital Signs Monitors, Glucometers, Scales, etc.
- Electronic Medical Records System: Meditech
Hiring Profile
- Essential Skills: Safe overall nursing care
- Must Have: Telemetry capable
- Preferred Skills: Inpatient hospital nursing experience
Typical Procedures
Perform routine procedures common in a MedSurg unit.
Personality Fit
Ideal candidates will be open and willing to foster a positive team environment.
Required Certifications
- LVN Licensure
- BLS Certification
Floating Areas
MedSurg (Med3, 4North, Rehab)
Dress Code
Scrub Color/Attire: Navy Blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies
Please refer to unit policies and guidelines as required.
Work Schedule
Every other weekend required. No on-call duties involved.
