Summary The Client Advisor acts as a trusted ambassador of the brand, delivering best‑in‑class client service while achieving individual sales goals. This role cultivates meaningful client relationships through product expertise, personalized outreach, and selling ceremonies to drive boutique performance. Responsibilities Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio focused on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction Provide best‑in‑class service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication and act as a brand ambassador Strategically develop and nurture local and international clients through personalized outreach and appointment setting Support boutique operations including merchandising, visual standards, stock organization, inventory and cycle counts Assist with packing/wrapping, locating merchandise at other boutiques, processing charge‑send sales, and protecting boutique assets Requirements At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods Strong drive for business results with passion for fashion and excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to operate phone systems, cash registers, sensor‑tag removers, computers, and other necessary equipment Ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs Responsible for store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
