RV Show Through Specialist

The Camping & Boating Advisor is responsible for selling parts and conducting RV show‑throughs. This role requires strong customer service skills to assist customers in a clear and professional manner. At our Mankato store, a small‑format location, every employee plays an integral role in ensuring our customers receive the same high‑quality service and expertise they’ve come to expect from Bretz, no matter the task at hand. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in an RV, marine, or automotive role preferred. Knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, towing) and/or marine mechanics is a plus. Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership and service area for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift). Frequently lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lbs. (such as parts, accessories, or tools). Occasionally kneel, crouch, bend, or reach to inspect RVs and marine vehicles. Ability to climb in and out of RVs, boats, and truck beds as needed for show‑throughs and inspections. Comfortable working indoors in an office/service area and outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow). Compensation $18–22/hr DOE This role begins with hourly/base pay during training. After training is completed, compensation shifts to include commission based on performance. With top performers between $45k & $55k annually.
