Case Manager Holistic Care & Resource Navigator

Health Right 360 is seeking a Case Manager dedicated to supporting women with severe substance use disorders and their children. You will link clients to crucial services, including mental health support, employment, and community resources, ensuring a compassionate approach aligned with our mission. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, and counseling registration, with experience in trauma-informed care. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
