Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD) * Up to $5000 sign on bonus * Full-time At Dungarvin, we’re a national organization that provides community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and related mental health challenges. Our mission is to empower people with disabilities to unlock their full potential and enhance their quality of life. We operate in fifteen states and rely on Medicaid and Community Support Waivers to fund customized services. In this role, you will coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs specializing in challenging behavioral and mental health needs. Your key priorities include supervising and training mental health specialists, and ensuring that all program aspects—development, implementation, coordination, and monitoring—meet the highest standards. Work Environment and Office Hours Full‑time organizational position, with the possibility of part‑time work within a home. The schedule must be flexible to accommodate program, individual, and staff needs. The MHPD is on‑call unless prior arrangements are made. Direct service shifts should rarely exceed 16 hours per week; any additional hours must be reported in advance as per Dungarvin Policy A‑02. Schedule changes should be coordinated with the director. Compensation Starting salary: $65,000.00 – $66,787.50 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Qualifications 3 years of supervisory experience overseeing services for people with behavioral and persistent mental health needs. A four‑year degree in behavioral science or a related field (preferred). Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation. Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
