The YMCA is looking for an energetic, dependable, and caring Site Director to lead our Kids Club program and create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for school-age children. As a Site Director, you'll supervise staff, oversee daily program operations, build positive relationships with families, and ensure children enjoy enriching activities including STEM, arts & crafts, literacy, sports, and social-emotional learning. You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences while mentoring staff and supporting child development. Y Work for Us?
