What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Valid RN License in the state of employment or a compact licensure
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and independent practice skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and team dynamics

Nice to Have Skills:

• EPIC electronic health record experience highly preferred
• Prior experience in operating room or surgical nursing
• Familiarity with service lines including GI, general surgery, urology, gyn, vascular, ortho, neuro, robotics, reconstructive plastics, podiatry, and cardiovascular procedures
• Experience with complex patient care and managing contingencies in fast-paced settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least 1 year of specialized nursing experience in OR/Surgery

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, evening)
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications and reimbursements for licensure and travel when applicable
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and teamwork
