Senior Operations Analyst (Project SME) – Hedge Fund - up to $325k TC (+ relocation)

A top-performing, expanding Hedge Fund is looking to hire a senior operations analyst for its Connecticut office.

The successful candidate will serve as the ‘project SME’, leading major firmwide initiatives in operations such as process automation, system implementation and upgrades, onboarding new providers, and launching new businesses. Additionally, the role involves supporting ad-hoc projects from senior management and trading teams. The analyst will also assist with tasks related to P&L, risk, corporate actions, and reconciliations/settlements.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in hedge fund, investment banking, or proprietary trading operations. A strong background in leading projects, excellent academic credentials, and advanced technological skills are essential.

Since there is flexibility regarding the level of the candidate, the salary range can go up to $325,000 in the first year for top performers. Candidates relocating to Stamford will be offered a relocation allowance.
