We are currently in need of a full-time and/or part-time in store appointment setters who is able to work in one or multiple retail stores in the area (Home Depot). What We Offer! Convey products and services to consumers in person at our retail locations. Leverage marketing techniques and act as a brand ambassador. Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide the best solutions. Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction. Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals Booking Appointments What will you bring? Previous sales experience is a bonus. Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related field. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive and professional demeanor. Strong attention to details. Conscientious, team player Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude Physical Demands: Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run. May be required to drive to off site meetings. May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing. Pay Transparency: The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$35hr. Mix of hourly $20 hourly + Commission on appointments that make a purchase (Anywhere from $25 - $350 per appointment that makes a purchase depending on what is purchased). Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities, raises and annual bonus eligibility.
