Healthcare Project Manager

Manage multiple concurrent healthcare renovation projects. Serve as primary liaison with hospital leadership, facilities teams, and user groups. Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting activities. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate project phasing to minimize disruption to hospital operations. Conduct OAC meetings and provide executive-level project reporting. Support preconstruction planning and constructability reviews. Ensure successful project closeout and turnover.

Minimum 7 years healthcare construction experience. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within occupied hospitals. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Desired Experience: Imaging renovations (MRI, CT, PET/CT, LINAC). Clinical renovations. Infrastructure and MEP upgrades. AHCA-regulated healthcare projects.
