Responsibilities Accurately verify and dispense prescription medications Provide personalized patient counseling and medication education Deliver immunizations and other clinical pharmacy services Support Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and patient wellness initiatives Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral partners Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff Ensure compliance with all California Board of Pharmacy regulations and company standards Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and expand pharmacy services Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and outstanding customer service What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Active California Pharmacist License in good standing Immunization Certification Experience with prescription processing, verification, and dispensing Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and drug therapy Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications Experience in clinical pharmacy services Medication Therapy Management (MTM) experience Immunization administration experience Strong medication safety and quality assurance background Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Passion for community healthcare and patient advocacy Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding our team members for the impact they make.
