Success in this role requires a strong understanding of key business initiatives to deliver accurate and timely financial insights to leadership as well as identifying opportunities to enhance processes. Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations, foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, and make decisions regarding promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and support continuous professional growthServe as the point of contact for inquiries from business leads. Maintain and ensure compliance with department service levels as established. Resolve issues, if possible, and escalate issues to management when necessaryOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reporting and analytics processes. Measure, analyze and report key financial performance metricsProvide resources and information to meet business needs. Maintain open communication with business leads to ensure coordination of finance and accounting needsLead special projects to strengthen analysis and implement process and system enhancements. Work with Information Technology and other functional/process teams to execute on projectsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree with preference to Finance or Accounting, and 7+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combinationAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)Experience working within an ERP driven financial management environmentIntermediate to advanced experience with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or TableauExperience in financial consolidation (desired)Construction industry experience (desired)A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving recordAA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability
