Full‑time Physical Therapist (PT) $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus is offered for this position. Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work at the Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Hammonton, New Jersey. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current New Jersey State PT license. Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric care setting is preferred; new graduates with relevant fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents’ conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans. Relieve resident pain using exercises, hands‑on therapy, and stretching. Assist residents through daily tasks and monitor performance. Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants. Maintain resident confidentiality and protect facility information.
