We are hiring a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.At Cornerstone Rehab, we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional clinicians. If you're looking for a workplace where your skills are valued and your contributions make a difference, we'd love to have you on our team.Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patientsPrepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summariesEstablish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilitiesTravel to nearby centers as neededQualifications:Valid State PTA License and CredentialsSNF and/or Acute care experienceCornerstone Rehab delivers innovative rehab management solutions to skilled nursing facilities in the United States. Founded in 2018 by a team of post-acute care experts, Cornerstone Rehab is clinician-owned and operated. Our number one goal is to meet and exceed patient outcomes.
