Monitor real‑time print quality, proactively adjusting settings to maintain consistency across various substrates. Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and minimize operational downtime. Interpret detailed job tickets and technical specifications to guide production workflows. Collaborate with the production team to identify process improvements and reduce material waste. Uphold rigorous safety standards and maintain an organized, high-performance workspace. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of hands‑on experience operating offset printing presses. Demonstrated proficiency in sheet‑fed offset printing and mechanical troubleshooting. Strong ability to interpret measurements, job tickets, and technical documentation. Proven track record of maintaining high print quality standards and color accuracy. Commitment to safety protocols and team‑oriented collaboration. Preferred Skills Technical experience with major press brands such as Heidelberg, Komori, or KBA.
