STC Advocate

As an STC Advocate, you'll be the face of Carvana! Since the buying and selling process is entirely online, you'll often be the first in-person interaction a customer has with the company. Your role is key in delivering a one-of-a-kind experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 68 customer appointments daily
• Drive a company vehicle to customer homes to finalize vehicle purchases
• Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and complete paperwork using an iPad
• Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system
• Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record
• Support your team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Over 21 years of age
• Must have a valid active driver's license
• 6+ months of customer service experience

This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. At the 3-month mark, you will be eligible to convert to a direct Carvana employee. At that point, you will transition into the Truck Hauler role (higher pay). As mentioned, these are not semi-trucksthey are smaller trucks designed to transport 12 vehicles.

Once you convert to direct employment, you will also be able to enroll in Carvana's benefits package (see attached for details).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hazelwood, MO 63042.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
