Warehouse Worker - 1st Shift

Summary: As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for transporting finished cartons via pull cart from the boxing area to designated warehouse storage locations and maintaining an organized flow of materials. This role supports production by ensuring accurate product handling, proper storage, and a clean, efficient work environment while keeping pace with production demands.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 3:00pm and Fridays 6:00am-12:00pm

Pay: $22.22/hr.

Responsibilities:Transport finished cartons via a pull cart from the boxing area to the appropriate warehouse storage locations and return promptly for additional loads.

Verify carton labels, date stamps, and contents to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

Assist with boxing operations, including gathering cartons, labeling, closing, and supporting assembly as needed.

Maintain clean, organized boxing and warehouse areas to support safe and efficient operations.

Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and basic LockOut/TagOut awareness.

Crosstrain in other departmental and plant roles and assist with continuous improvement (Lean) initiatives.

Qualifications:Ability to read and write English and complete basic production documentation.

Basic math skills, including reading measurements and fractions up to 1/16".

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently; overhead lifting required (assistance/lifts available for heavier loads).
