Registered Nurse (RN) – Med SurgLocation: Salina, Kansas (Onsite) Work Type: Permanent Positions: 21 Hours: 36–40 Hours per WeekThe Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective patient management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital environment.Must-Have Qualifications• Minimum 1–2+ years of RN experience in Med Surg • Active Kansas RN License (Required prior to start) • BLS Certification (AHA – Required) • Strong experience in patient care, assessment, and documentationPreferred Qualifications• Experience in acute care hospital settings • Familiarity with EMR systems • Strong communication and teamwork skillsWork Environment• Medical-Surgical Unit • Onsite role in Salina, KS • Fast-paced, patient-focused clinical settingAdditional Requirements• Must be flexible with night shifts and scheduling needs • Ability to manage multiple patients and varying acuity levels • Must comply with all hospital and regulatory standards
