Project Manager OpportunityOne of my clients is in need of an experienced Project Manager to join their team in the Kansas City area. This is a great opportunity with a well-established commercial contractor looking for someone who is well versed in structural concrete and steel erection and can confidently manage projects from preconstruction through completion.Duties Include:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee structural concrete and steel erection scopes, schedules, budgets, and coordinationManage project budgets, contracts, schedules, change orders, and overall project executionCoordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teamsIdentify and resolve project challenges while keeping jobs on schedule and within budgetMaintain high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partnersRequirements:Proven Project Management experience in commercial constructionStrong experience with structural concrete and steel erection construction projectsSolid understanding of the construction process from preconstruction through closeoutExperience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple project stakeholdersStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsSomeone who takes ownership, works well with field teams, and takes pride in delivering quality projectsYou'll be joining a well-established Kansas City contractor with hands-on leadership, a strong local reputation, and a team that values quality work and long-term relationships.They're looking for someone who wants to be an important part of the team, have an impact on their projects, and continue growing their career with the company.Competitive compensation and benefits based on experience.Interested in hearing more?
