Honeybird in La Canada Flintridge, CA is looking for one am prep cook to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 714 Foothill Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, slicing, dicing, and measuring ingredients.
  • Recipe Components: Partially cooking food and making sauces, dressings, or marinades.
  • Inventory & Storage: Labeling, dating, and storing prepped food properly to maintain freshness and meet health safety standards.
  • Sanitation: Washing utensils, sweeping floors, sanitizing workstations, and taking out the trash.
  • Stocking & Deliveries: Helping to organize the walk-in cooler and putting away wholesale food deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of previous restaurant experience.
  • Show a track record of consistency in the workplace.
