Responsibilities Include Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing and initial outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation as a lead Recruiter . Strategic Sourcing: Lead talent acquisition efforts by utilizing job boards and networking to build a robust pipeline for manufacturing and warehouse environments. Data Management: Utilize Excel to track recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and reporting for leadership. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and behavioral traits. Relationship Management: Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and candidate recommendations. Compliance & Tracking: Maintain accurate records in the ATS to ensure 100% data integrity throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle. Skills/Qualifications Experience: Proven success as a Recruiter , specifically within the manufacturing and warehouse sectors. Communication: Exceptional persuasive and interpersonal skills; ability to "sell" opportunities to top talent. Technical Tools: Proficiency in Excel for data organization and reporting is essential. Adaptability: Proven ability to handle ever-changing priorities and shifting focus without losing momentum. Organization: Disciplined and efficient with a high attention to detail and professional documentation standards. Drive: A self-confident, "hunter" mentality with a persistent and resilient approach to overcoming challenges.
