Lead Bartender

Stiletto is an upscale casual modern steak restaurant known for great produce and great drinks. We’re looking for an experienced bartender who loves hospitality as much as the craft behind the bar.
What you’ll do: You’ll prepare classic and signature cocktails, pour wine and beer with care, and guide guests through our drink menu with confidence. You'll be in charge of working with the team to create a signature cocktail menu focussing on batching martinis and other signature cocktails. You’ll keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized, handle POS transactions accurately, and work closely with servers and kitchen staff to keep service smooth on busy nights.
What we’re looking for: You have at least 2+ years of bartending experience, ideally in a full-service or upscale setting, plus solid knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine. You’re friendly, composed under pressure, and a genuine team player. You’ll need availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a current responsible alcohol service certification and to be at least 21.
